Full Journal pdf1995-05-03 House Journal Page 1832 SB 135 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 2, 1995, calendar (page 1793), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 135(FIN) "An Act relating to permanent fund dividend program notice requirements, to the ineligibility for dividends of individuals convicted of felonies or incarcerated for misdemeanors, and to the determination of the number and identity of certain ineligible individuals; and providing for an effective date." Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that HCSSB135(FIN) be returned to the Rules Committee. Objection was heard. Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HCSSB135(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Mackie gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on HCSSB135(FIN) and moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration be held to May 5, 1995. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
